Your GDPR Rights

Your rights

• Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure— have your data deleted (“right to be forgotten”).
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Restriction — limit how we use your data.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, where we rely on it.

How to exercise them

Sfotai is an iOS app; account and data controls live there, under Settings:

• Download my data exports everything we hold about you as JSON, including links to every photo (access and portability).
• Delete account erases your data and your login immediately (erasure).

For rectification, restriction, objection, withdrawing consent, or anything not covered by the in-app tools, email sfotai4@gmail.com. We respond within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to your national data protection authority — in Poland, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
